Is now the time for Marijuana dispensaries in the city of Redmond?

Redmond city council approved a Marijuana tax and code changes to allow dispensaries within the city if voters approve the legislation during the November election. This fall, those in Redmond will vote, yet again, on making marijuana dispensaries in town legal.
