ODOT facing potential budget cuts if funding is not secured next fiscal year

The Oregon State Legislature allocated 19 million dollars to ODOT to help get it through the winter last year. Now, the agency says it is once again facing the same issue, which could lead to laying off one-fifth of its workforce.
