Oregon Department of Forestry says tide turning on historic fire season, but not over just yet

An ODF official stressed that fuels remain dry across the state and present a potential for fire despite recent cool and wet weather. Blazes statewide have burned a record-breaking 1.9 million acres of land so far this fire season.
