1 min read
The family of the 2-year-old girl who died by suspected exposure to fentanyl Thursday is asking her mother to come forward. Portland police say they are still looking for the girl’s mother, but they aren’t identifying her.
“I’m heartbroken. That’s all I can say,” said Tina Thomas, the toddler’s aunt. She identified the girl as Aurora Fernandez. “She was just happy. She had this huge smile and these big brown eyes, and she was always smiling so big.”
