Holden LeCroy: Rain chances end Tuesday night, clearing and warming for rest of the week after a bit of low morning clouds on Wednesday. Low pressure exits by Wednesday afternoon, then a clearing a warming trend will follow into the weekend. Most will experience high temperatures in the 70s this week, 80s appear likely into the weekend and next week as high pressure makes a return to the Pacific Northwest. Temperatures this warm and also this 10-day stretch of dry conditions are not uncommon for early Fall months. Cooler temperatures and shower chances appear to return by the end of September.
