Cloudy start, rainy finish for Tuesday

Low pressure that brought cloudy and showery weather over the weekend is still hanging out in central Oregon, but will eventually pass off to the east. As it does so, another low pressure will move in increasing clouds and shower chances for the coast as early as Tuesday morning. Rainy weather expected for everyone through Tuesday afternoon and evening with high temperatures remaining in the 60s. However, a drying and warming trend will start Wednesday and continue into next week. Confidence is growing for temperatures to make a run at 80-degrees as early as Friday for Douglas County, Monday for the Willamette Valley.
