Ji’s Happy Hour: Paloma Cocktail

Da Bears will be in their orange uniforms Sunday as they face off against the Houston Texans. So, for happy hour today we are making a Texas drink… Their signature drink might be the Margarita which was actually born in Texas…But we’re going to do a riff on that the Paloma. It’s refreshing and an ode to the end of summer as well. Easy to make and adjust it to taste.
