How biking helped veteran Javier Romo cope with extreme PTSD after Iraq

Javier Romo served in the Marines from 1998-2007 and deployed to Iraq during the 2003 invasion. He returned with extreme PTSD and found mountain biking as a way to deal with that and other mental health issues.
He is now helping others through his non-profit “Save The Brave.”
