City councilman talks about drainage system in San Marco

Unusually bad flooding in San Marco took residents by surprise Wednesday, prompting questions about the drainage infrastructure in the area.

According to City Councilman Joe Carlucci, San Marco’s drainage system was not functioning at full capacity Wednesday as flooding overwhelmed its streets.
