The inaugural Portland Weird Fest is kicking off on Saturday, Sept. 7 at Oaks Park. In honor of the event, the City of Portland has declared 09/07 to be Keep Portland Weird Day. Brian ‘The Unipiper’ Kidd and Christine Lassiter from Weird Portland United join FOX 12 Now to talk about the event.
