Drug users outside Portland, Oregon library react to recriminalization of drug possession

Starting Sunday, a state law recriminalizing drug possession will start being enforced.
It’s part of House Bill 4002, which was passed earlier this year and rolls back parts of voter-approved Measure 110, which decriminalized possession of small amounts of hard drugs.
KATU spoke to drug users outside the Multnomah County Central Library, a known spot for drug activity, about how the new law will impact them.
