Dogs and cats living in squalor seized from Portland home

Authorities seized 13 dogs and two cats living in squalid conditions from a home in Portland, Oregon’s Lents neighborhood.

The DA’s Office said authorities seized the animals after multiple complaints were received of malnourished animals living in dangerous conditions.
