Chilly night after cold front passed, heat will soon follow for late week.

Holden LeCroy: Chilly night for Monday after a cold front passed this morning bringing clouds and drizzle. The heat will soon follow though for late week. Building high pressure will bring full-on summer into Friday. It will be a scorcher though for the Beavs and Ducks kickoffs this Saturday with evening temps in the 90s. No major precipitation chances, but a stray morning shower cannot be ruled out for the Oregon Coast and Cascade passes on Monday morning with another similar cold front. Cooler weather is expected to return as early as the start of next week.
