The US Health and Human Services Department has released $440 million of funding nationwide, including $10 million for Oregon, to provide school readiness training assistance for pregnant and new moms in underserved communities. This could even include in-home social workers to provide testing and training for children. Human Resources and Services Administration, Administrator, Carole Johnson will join.
