Portland Police cuts Property Crimes Unit, business owners concerned

The Portland Police Bureau has dismantled its property crime unit, putting some business owners that have had multiple break-ins on edge.
A spokesperson for PPB said the three detectives assigned to the unit have been transferred to the Special Victims Unit and Sex Crimes Unit.
