LIVE: Memorial, soil collection ceremony held for Dollar General victims 1 year after shooting

One day before the one-year mark of the deadly racist attack at a Dollar General in the Grand Park neighborhood, Councilwoman Ju’Coby Pittman will host a memorial ceremony alongside the Jacksonville-based advocacy group 904ward. A historical marker is set to be unveiled at the park.
