1 min read
An endangered frog is getting a new lease on life in Oregon.
Wildlife officials with the Oregon Zoo released more than 100 northern leopard frogs back into the wild last week.
It’s part of an effort to save one of the last remaining populations in the Northwest.
The frogs were raised at the zoo.
Once an abundant species, there is only one known population that remains in the region.
