Good Samaritan says she heard child screaming in Vancouver attempted kidnapping

Police in Vancouver are looking for a suspect in an attempted kidnapping of an 11-year-old in broad daylight.

According to Vancouver police officials, the incident happened at 3:40 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 18, after an unidentified male tried to abduct a child at Lieser Crest Park on Virginia Lane.
