A look inside Portland music venue, recording studio Hallowed Halls

The Hallowed Halls is a SE Portland music venue and high-end audio and recording studio. The building is a is the former Arleta Library, which opened in 1915 and was saved and converted to it’s current status. They also hold weekly community concerts where everyone from starter bands, to big name touring acts play on the same stage. We went onsite and visited with owner Justin Phelps.
