Elected officials oppose measure giving $1,600 rebate to Oregonians, advocates hold strong

If passed in November, ballot Measure 118 could put an extra $1,600 in your pocket each year. There is controversy over where that money will come from, a 3% tax increase on corporate sales.

Both Republicans and Democrats have come out against the measure.
