Harris delivers economic speech in North Carolina

Vice President Kamala Harris delivers an economic speech at an event in Raleigh, N.C. It is expected to include a proposed ban on “price gouging” in the grocery and food industries, as well as a tax credit that would provide $6,000 per child to families for the first year of a baby’s life.
