Coalition, city reach agreement on DNC park rallies

A coalition of demonstrators with planned rallies at Union Park and Park 578 during the Democratic National Convention have reached an agreement with the city that will allow them to use sound equipment, set up staging, and bring in at least seven portable toilets.
