WATCH: Video shows 3rd Street ARCO attendants swarm suspect fleeing from police

Bend Police say a man threatened a woman with a gun in the Safeway parking lot off 3rd Street, before fleeing from Bend Police to the nearby ARCO gas station. He was soon met with a citizens’ arrest, all caught on security video.
