Bend-La Pine Schools recycles 1,000 cubic feet of paper to sustainable paper company

The materials were boxed up and sent to Washington, where a company called The Paper People will process and recycle the paper. By doing this, the school district diverted more than 1,000 cubic feet of waste from Knott Landfill.
