Woman living in trailer in Southeast Portland says neighbors want her gone

It’s a festering divide between housed neighbors and those who live on the streets.

In one Southeast Portland neighborhood, it’s on full display.

Samantha lives in a trailer with her two cats, right on the street corner. It’s a quiet neighborhood.

Samantha has been parked just off 45th Avenue, with the trailer and two other vehicles for about five months.

She claims, from the get-go, some neighbors have made it clear she’s not welcome.
