Young adults scammed of nearly $10,000 pretending to be local property management company

Abby Dobbs and Sophia Brinson, who were moving in from the Portland and Washington area with their significant others, say they immediately called their banks but were told they may not get any money back. They also filed a report with the FBI, but more discouraging news. It could take months or years for an investigation into scammers.
