Urban Gleaners takes donated good food from restaurants and grocery stores that would otherwise be thrown away for various reasons and then in turn make it available for people in need. Gregory Gourdet will be using ingredients from Urban Gleaners to cook at an upcoming event. He joins FOX 12 NOW to talk about the organization and what he plans.
