Lawsuit filed against rideshare company Empower | NBC4 Washington

While the service is supposed to offer a less expensive trip than Uber or Lyft, a lawsuit was just filed against the company detailing supposed unsafe practices by drivers. And one rider is telling News 4 about a frightening recent Empower trip where she says she was sexually assaulted. News4’s Adam Tuss reports.
