DNC demonstrators to appeal judge’s ruling on route

Plans are still up in the air for pro-Palestinian supporters hoping to demonstrate at next week’s Democratic National Convention. An organizer said they plan to appeal a federal judge’s ruling in favor of the city’s proposal, arguing that route violates their First Amendment rights because of the distance to the convention center.
