Portland Public Schools announces free breakfast, lunch for all students

Portland Public Schools has announced that all of its students will be able to eat school-provided breakfast and lunch free of charge for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year.

PPS says the opportunity is made possible in part by the expansion of federal eligibility, as well as additional funds allocated by the state’s Student Success Act.
