Portland man waits on hold with 911 for nearly 45 minutes

A Portland man claims he waited on hold with 911 for nearly 45 minutes to report an emergency.

On Saturday the man, who wants to remain anonymous, says he was driving near Multnomah and 33rd when he noticed a man passed out on the sidewalk who needed help.
