Spike into mid-80s for Wednesday, clouds and cooler weather returns for Thursday. High pressure out of California tries to build on Wednesday, but low pressure offshore wins out and brings back the clouds for Thursday. Past that, morning clouds and afternoon sun with monsoonal moisture drifting out of the south. Low pressure offshore and high pressure to the east of us will pull tropical-rich moisture into the area by Friday evening producing isolated showers and storms late, but not terribly warm out. Due to location of the upper-level low, temperatures will remain cool with these shower and storm chances- highest of which will be Saturday morning with a very good chance of widespread rain from the Coast to the Cascades and Central Oregon.
