Springfield credit union to start applications for statewide teacher funding programs

15, SELCO Community Credit Union will be accepting applications for their "Regional Classroom Makeover" and "Creative Educator Grant" initiatives, giving money to teachers improve their facilities and expand creative classroom projects.
