DCSO: Intoxicated bike rider fired gun shots into ground in Sisters, prompting 911 calls

A Sisters man who fired a gun into the ground multiple times while riding a bicycle home from a bar was arrested early Friday morning, the Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office said.
