Tropics update: New disturbance being watched in the Atlantic. Possible Ernesto?

Tropical Storm Debby made a second landfall over South Carolina. A second disturbance is being monitored by the National Hurricane Center in the far east Atlantic. It currently has a low chance (30%) of further development, but a long track before it possibly reaches the Caribbean.
