Residents in Portland, Oregon neighborhood concerned about man carrying sword, nunchucks

The neighbors reached out because of what they say is a dangerous situation.

They told KATU News that a man walks the street carrying weapons, including a sword.

They also told us the man has tried to break into a vacant home numerous times.

Other neighbors said the man looks to be smoking drugs in his car during the day. They’re constantly worried about what he might do next.
