Reports of online blackmailing of kids are on the rise; here’s what police say to keep them safe

A Portland man has been charged with multiple federal sex crimes after police said he tried to pay a mother for nude images of her child, with further investigation revealing he had been exploiting a 7-year-old girl and her teenage sister.
